0.6mm thick vacuum formed polystyrene waterproof skin creating a brick track, bonded to 17mm, 25mm or 50mm vacuum extruded polystyrene insulation, or 12.5mm gypsum plasterboard. Sizes – Nominal 1.2m x 2.4m. Insulation thickness can be increased to meet specific requirements by using an underlayer of plain insulation board.

Brick

Severe weather grade kiln fired clay brick slip, with typical water absorption 5.5% to 9% depending on brick type.

Adhesive

1 part moisture cured polyurethane adhesive.

Fastener

Unique nylon 66 plastic washer, 45mm diameter with various screw types to suit the substrate, and various types of anchors for masonry and concrete substrates.

Mortar

Specially formulated mortar for Eurobrick systems containing 73.6% No. 1 silica sand, 18.4% Type N mortar, 6.2% Type 3 cement. Airflex RP-226 (1.45%) and defoamer D-126 (0.2%).

Where surface treatment is required to enable easy removal of graffiti and/or
