P-Clad was developed by us for use as an external sheathing on structures and is approved for use on buildings over 18m high constructed with a steel frame substrate wall. Following demand, it has also been assessed in combination with some types of insulation for high rise buildings. Our review of last year showed that P-Clad was our most popular system, with increasing numbers of enquiries for larger scale projects.
We have recently updated our P-Clad Installation Guide with new content, imagery and diagrams to make it even easier to understand. The guide is essential reading for those installing P-Clad as it sets out the correct methodology which must be followed.
If you have further questions about P-Clad, you can view our P-Clad technical drawings or call and speak to one of our technical team for more information.
P-Clad is currently being installed on a major student accommodation development in Coventry city centre which will be Eurobrick’s largest project to date. We will have more news on that soon, but in the meantime, here are some other projects using P-Clad:
Norwood Road, demolition of upper floors and building of apartments above a retail unit which continued trading throughout the build – view project.
Belle Vale, a new £3.5m development of modular built Eco Homes in Liverpool – view project.
The Point, a large residential development in Ilford, parts of which were above 18m high – view project.
