Shop fit-out programme
We are proud to be supplying I-Clad, and our brick slips, to Marks & Spencer’s contractors and installers as part of their nationwide interior shop fit-out programme.
Marks & Spencer has been delivering a building programme of new food halls alongside refitting a number of its existing stores across the UK. To date, 203 stores have been completed using around 8700m² of our I-Clad system and brick slips, which have been installed by a range of contractors including Eurobrick’s Approved Installers; ML Brickwork (Southern), WSF Contracts and Façade Install.
Eurobrick has supplied its Red Blue Flamed brick slips for most of these stores. This brick has a lightly textured, sanded red finish with a blue and grey multi-effect, helping to create a consistent and welcoming design style across multiple branches.
Bristol Cabot Circus flagship store
As part of M&S’ ongoing £300m investment in renewing and expanding its store estate, a new flagship store has opened at Cabot Circus, Bristol. M&S first opened in Bristol in 1900 and has occupied several sites across the city over the years. The new Cabot Circus store marks the retailer’s return to the city centre, taking over the former House of Fraser building.
Opened in November 2025, the 80,000 sq ft store which spans three floors, includes a 17,000 sq ft fresh market-style food hall, with the signature interior brickwork supplied by Eurobrick.
For this project, we supplied 75m² of our I-Clad system along with Red Blue Flamed brick slips (straights and corners) for the food hall. I-Clad is our brick faced internal wall system developed for interior applications. I-Clad has been extensively used by retailers and the hospitality sector across the UK to create distinctive shop interiors.
