Correct Installation Methodology

The correct fixing of our systems is critical for ensuring safe installation, so whoever carries out the installation on a project should adhere to instructions in our Installation Guides and Specification. Adequate site supervision of labour should also be in place to maintain high quality work.

Incorrect installation of our systems may lead to system failure and an invalidated guarantee. In accordance with our guides and training, particular attention should be given to the following:

  • Number and correct positioning of fasteners
  • Sealing joints with tape, supplied as part of the cladding system
  • The inclusion of expansion joints
  • The inclusion of fire breaks (if required).

Our Installation Guides are available to download from the Downloads page on our website. Hard copies of our installation guides are also available if required, please contact us if you would like us to send you one.

We hold regular installer training courses and recommend that anyone installing or supervising the installation of our systems attend a course. We also offer refresher training for product updates and those who may not have carried out installation for some time. Please contact us for further details.

Please remember, we are always here to assist with any technical queries you may have about installation. Please call or email us and we will be happy to help.
