Free samples

You can order one free sample of up to three individual brick colours in total. You will only need to pay for delivery costs, which will be added at checkout. For information regarding delivery, please see Delivery section below.

Our brick slips are kiln fired natural clay products and while every effort is made to ensure consistency, variations in size, colour, shade and texture can occur. Each brick slip sample will contain a small selection of brick slips to give you a sense of the range of colours, textures etc within the brick type. However, it may not be possible within the confines of the sample to show the true proportions of different colours and other variations within the brick type.

You may purchase additional brick slip samples, but please contact us if you wish to do so.

We have access to a wide range of alternative colours and styles, so if you have an idea in mind, but cannot find it on our site or need help matching a brick for your project, please send us a message and we will be happy help.

Delivery

Availability & Despatch

Product availability is noted on the product details on our website and, although this is updated regularly, it is an indication only. Please call us prior to placing an order to get the most up-to-date information on availability of your chosen product/s.

Where products are in stock, orders will usually be processed within 2-3 working days and will be delivered as per the information received on your despatch email.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We deliver to most mainland UK locations through our online sales. For delivery to the Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc please call 0117 971 7117 to place your order and arrange delivery.

You may select your preferred delivery option at checkout. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of your order, the delivery service used and the location it will be going to.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email with the expected delivery date and an email when your order has been despatched.

All our deliveries are made through third party services. Small consignments, such as brick slip samples will be sent via courier services and larger orders will require a pallet service. Pallet deliveries are off-loaded via a tail-lift only. Please inform us of any access restrictions (see checklist below) that may affect delivery, prior to despatch of your order. Failure to do this may result in a non-delivery and an additional charge for a re-delivery will apply.

Delivery options include: Standard (will be delivered the next working day after despatch), A.M. (will be delivered up to 12 pm the next working day after despatch) or Saturday A.M. (will be delivered up to 12 pm on the Saturday following despatch).

Courier deliveries are usually made between 7 am – 6 pm and standard pallet services usually deliver between 9 am – 5 pm. Whilst we can try and obtain an estimated time of arrival on the day of delivery, in some instances this is not possible and it is your responsibility to ensure that you or your representative is there to receive and sign for the goods.

Pre-despatch delivery checklist

The following is a helpful guide for ensuring smooth delivery of orders requiring the pallet service:

  • Do you have suitable access to your property, including from the roads approaching? For example, can a bin lorry gain close access to your property? Are there any low hanging branches? The high sides of the delivery vehicle may not be able to get under these, so please check and advise.
  • Pallet trucks cannot deliver up or down an incline. Is your preferred drop off point on a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving/road surface etc?
  • Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery and have given the correct delivery address, including postcode and you or your representatives contact telephone number/s.
  • For palletised deliveries, the driver is not insured to carry goods into your property. You must ensure that there are at least 2 able bodied persons available to receive the delivery and carry the order inside or onto the property if required.

Please note: If you do have delivery restrictions, we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is your responsibility to advise us of any restrictions prior to despatch. However, if the delivery driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason they have the right to refuse to unload the pallet or to unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which could be at the side of the road.

Receiving your delivery

You, or a representative, must be available at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your delivery. If the delivery driver is unable to deliver to your address, and obtain a signature, your order will be returned to the distribution hub and there will be additional costs for a redelivery.

Your order will be delivered as close as is possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, upstairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. ‘Kerb side delivery’ is an industry standard. This means the delivery will be dropped as close to the delivery address as possible, which may be on the roadside kerb.

All delivery drop offs are at the discretion of the delivery driver. If they are unable to deliver or the customer refuses the delivery, the delivery will be returned to the distribution hub and additional costs will apply for a redelivery.

Late deliveries

Whilst we always endeavour to use services that will deliver in a timely manner, there are occasions when those services fail to deliver on the appointed day and before the specified time. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for late or failed deliveries or for any costs incurred as a result of the late or failed delivery, for example changes to the schedule of tradespeople who are unable to work or abortive charges. Please ensure your materials have arrived before booking in any trades.

Damage

Products should be inspected on delivery and if they have been damaged during transit, this must be noted at the time of delivery with the delivery service.  You can refuse to accept the delivery, but any damage should be documented on the delivery note. It is your responsibility to check goods received for any damage BEFORE signing to accept the delivery. You should notify us by email of any damages as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the damage be sent to us by email so that we can pursue the matter with the delivery service. If a delivery is signed for with no noted damages, we are unable to accept a claim against it.

Important information

Please be aware that on screen and printed representations of product colours are an indication only. Materials used in the manufacture of brick and stone slips are from natural sources which means that variations in shade, colour and dimensions within and between batches can occur. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that brick slips and corners are supplied to the manufacturers’ stated tolerances of the prescribed dimensions, it is possible that some deviation from size tolerance may be experienced. Please, make sure that you take this into account at the design stage of your project, as it should not be seen as a fault in the production process.

When installing the brick slips, select slips from several different boxes to achieve an even distribution of colour particularly with “multi” brick types. Carefully monitor all materials used and reject any sub-standard or unsuitable materials prior to installation. Eurobrick Systems will not accept liability for any costs arising from the rejection of materials once they have been installed.

Please also consider that the appearance of brickwork will be affected by your choice of coloured mortar.

Weights of individual brick slips and corners are averages and are provided for guidance purposes only.

We recommend that you view our products before purchase. Please request samples online or by calling or emailing us. You can also visit our showroom in Bristol which is open between 9am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

From time to time, products illustrated in our brochures and online may be discontinued or replaced with alternative products. We reserve the right to makes changes without prior notice. Product information is considered accurate at the time of submission and Eurobrick Systems cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
