Housing Association Eco Homes

Belle Vale is a new £3.5m development of 33 eco homes constructed for Liverpool Mutual Homes. The contractor used modern methods of construction techniques to build the modular houses off-site in a factory.

The buildings were delivered to site in modular sections (ground, first floors and roofs) and were transported on the back of lorries and then craned into position.

The development has a contemporary mixed finish. We supplied circa 1600m² of our P-Clad system along with our Britannia Range Autumn Leaves brick, which was finished with a Smooth Red plinth detail. The ground floor was brick slip with a brick slip panel detail to the first floor and the client chose our Standard Grey Europoint pointing mortar.

Our cladding was installed off-site in a factory environment, which allows for greater quality control on a project of this scale and can also assist with the speed of project delivery.
