Nox Hotel Waterloo

The Nox Hotel Waterloo is a project by Abbey One Hotels and involved the redevelopment of some 3-storey terraced buildings on Lower Marsh Street in London, which were demolished and replaced with a new steel framed structure, to provide a 4-storey building with basement. The property includes a 50 room boutique style hotel, flexible retail/hospitality units at the ground floor and 3 residential units on the fourth floor.

Around 1000 m2 of our 75mm thick X-Clad system was installed by Vasidan Limited with our Classic Range London Original Stock and EBS Sanded Red Stock brick slips, corners and specially cut headers and finished with our Light Sandstone Europoint mortar. The London Original Stock slips were laid with areas of stretcher bond and areas of English bond with a Sanded Red Stock feature detail to the corner elevation of the building. We also supplied made to order, flat gauge arches for the window head details.

The project was completed in April 2020 and is the flagship for Nox Hotels in London as the newest and largest hotel in their group.
